Great Place, its the old Hilton and kept in good condition. Too Bad on the parking, lot of events on weekends overflow the parking lot and had to leave the car a block away on a strip mall.

My husband and I have stayed here many times when it was the Hilton. It has been refurbished and the rooms are very nice. The Rancher's Club is a great place for a very nice dinner......expensive but well worth it. This time, we chose to eat in the hotel cafe instead and it was good, too. I would like to comment on Angel, who checked us in. I had asked for a Cabana room since we have a small dog and that's where they usually put people with pets. There was a Lhasa Apso dog show there and there were lots of them. Angel gave us a room in the tower (his idea) to keep us from being disturbed from the barking............he was very thoughtful and we really appreciate his concern, an outstanding employee. We'll be back.

We spent a long weekend here during the Balloon Fiesta. We were able to check in early. When I made the reservation, the hotel was a Hilton. Sometime after I made the reservation, Crown Plaza took over ownership, The hotel has maintained the Hilton look, including the Hilton bedding. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was nice with the exception of the bathtub which was peeling in several places. We had breakfast one morning in the restaurant -- food was delicious, but service was extremely slow, even though only about 4 tables were occupied. All in all, a nice, average hotel.

We stayed 3 nights in Santa Fe and one night at the Hilton to be closer to the airport
for our return home. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The woman at
the front desk was extremely pleasant. I will always book here on my return trips to
Albuquerque.
