Office area was a little funky – didn't have that cleaned and cared for feeling. The lobby refrigerator where the coffee was had a freezer that had ice build up and something funky in the fridge.
Two soda machines were empty, pool and was “temporarily being serviced” but in reality looked like no repair or service was in sight. Room was small, facing the parking lot but was okay as far as clean.
The main thing this property has going for it is the location, just off I40 and has several restaurants near by, and I suppose the price.

ld definitely stay here again for my business travels. Good location right off I-40 east side location. Convenient to restaurants, malls and such. Basic necessities provided but you get what you pay for. Still an excellent inexpensive choice for a motel. And the extra 20% discount for Spring savings made it even a better deal.

The drapes weren't even fully hung,it is not pet friendly, NO GRASS! And it got worse from there.

Very disappointed - although the people are nice and the room is clean, the facility is definitely NOT an extended stay property. The "kitchenette" is a dorm fridge and microwave. There are no dishes, no kitchen sink, no real cooking facility, only a single chair. In addition the fridge in our room does not get cold enough to even chill beer, and all the food I put in it will have to be thrown away. I stay in extended stay units to avoid eating out, this does not work for me and I feel the listing was misleading.
