I am 37 yrs old, after one night sleeping in this motel I had my first ever back ache! Did not go away til we check out and found another motel. Hardwood floors were ALWAYS filthy, feet/socks would become black after walking on them a short while. Horrible parking, there was never enough room to park near our room. Room had a run down look overall, bathtub seams were coming apart, had mold where there should have been caulking. NO water pressure in sink, sink stained and cracked/scratched.Very loud traffic noise, door had a huge crack along bottom so was easy to hear everything that was going on outside. Motel 6 used to be a good value priced motel, we have used them many times over the years. After this experience, I don't think we'll use Motel 6 again.

Arrived at this hotel around 9:30 PM very tired after a long drive, only to be told by the front desk that my room that I had reserved several days earlier, paying with my credit card, was rented to someone else. They had no rooms left and the hotel would not arrange alternate accommodations for me, merely just offering me my money back. I was left standing outside of their 2-inch bulletproof glass window with no idea where to go.

We reserved a room. They decided to ignore our reservation and rent out the room to somebody else.

The service we got when we checked in was excellent! We were originally assigned a 2nd floor room, but after requesting a first floor room, the front desk person (Beatriz, I think) immediately changed it for us. She was quite friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean with vinyl floors instead of the gross carpet one usually finds in motels. Bathroom was sparkling and had plenty of towels. The pool was wonderful. Wish we had stayed here on our other 3 nights in Albuquerque!
