The property is well kept, and very clean. Good breakfast and dinner selections, though the breakfast menu doesn't change and gets boring after a couple days. Our only negative experience was when we asked for extra pillow and sheets for the hide-a-bed and were informed that the hotel does not have any extra bedding. Never heard of such a thing before, and suspect the front desk help was being lazy.
Nonetheless, we would gladly stay here again on our next visit.

I just recently attended a meeting in the city and stayed one night. Everyone was very friendly, breakfast was great and the room clean and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

We went to Brownsville to visit family. A family member found from the Chamber of Commerce that this was the "best hotel. "After flying fof hours, we checked in and unpacked. When I went to put my cosmetics in the bathroom, I found that the bathroom sink was on the bottom of the cabinet! We took a picture on the cell phone and took it to the front desk. The maintenance person was not onsite, so we had to repack and move rooms. Then, I kept getting bites on my ankles. We finally deduced that we had bedbugs! When I told the front desk person her reply was, "Oh, we have a person staying here for 4 weeks and she complained of the same thing!" I was sent an opinion survey from Staybridege headquarters 2 weeks ago and have had NO response.
AVOID this hotel!!!!
