I travel quite a bit for work and I have a dog that I take with me so I usually try to stay at La Quinta since they accept dogs. This was by far the worst La Quinta I have ever stayed in. When you walked into the lobby it immediately smelled like mildew. My room actually smelled worse than the lobby and I think there was either a current water leak that hadn't been addressed or they was a recent leak that wasn't cleaned correctly. The room smelled strongly of mold and mildew and wet carpet. The bed itself was comfortable but the pillows were old and lumpy. For almost $100 a night I would have expected a nicer hotel and there are definitely better choices in the area.
