Front desk staff very friendly. Nice accommodations. Nice bar area.

First hint that it was going to turn out bad door access card didnt work, walk down to desk card issue fixs, open door to room to 90 % room no ac pick up phone in either room not working, back to desk for mantaince order on AC, 30 min later AC fixs another 15 min to find out that inter net cost$ 9.95 a day what!! ok, turn Tv on for free video on deman only kids movies and porn to watch all other station snowy room smell of one close to a fishing pier. rooms dont match the embassy name

Staff is ok, not overly friendly (except breakfast cooks and barstaff...very nice). Rooms were in poor condition. I am a top tier frequent stay guest and was in a room with torn carpet and signs of mold in the bathroom. If it were not for being one of the best rates for our company and being a hilton property for points, would not return. Nice setup with bedroom and living room separate, but just not up to par for the Embassy name. Breakfast was good everymorning and free drinks during the week from 530 to 730 were nice too. Front desk staff did not acknowledge status, but did allow for a late checkout one week out of the three I was there. The back door by the laundry maintentance area was only locked one time out of the 10-20 times I used it during my stays that month.

First off, yes this hotel could use some work. It is an older hotel and it does show. However the room was clean and the housekeeping staff was great. My kids loved the open lobby with the free snacks in the evening. The open bar at that time is great as well. Breakfast was wonderful, I enjoyed all they had to offer. Front desk staff was very friendly and if I needed anything at all they were on top of it. The only reason this does not get the full 5 stars from me is due to the updates the hotel is in ovbvious need of.
