i stayed at one of the spa suites recently. i was rudely awakened by the construction early in the morning. i received no apology or other sleeping accomodations. furthermore, the debris had fallen all over my truck. i was threatened with not getting any money back if i complained to the director of operations. my complaint was belittled, and i will never go there again. the office staff is very rude and unprofessional. save your money on a franchise that cares about its customers!!!

I reserved the cavern for a few days for my wifes birthday. We got a discounted rate and they through in a cake and balloons, which was nice. We arrived to very rude service at the desk. The complex is in a bluecollar part of town with your occasional crack head lingering around. Needless to say I gutted my car before calling it a night. On day 2 my whole room clogged up. No toilet, no jacuzzi. For 2 hours we sat on the couch as handymen walked in and out of our room. Finally at 1 am the office called me back to let me know they would be giving me a new room. The desk person had to crawl out of bed apparently because she was in her pajamas and had a horrible attitude. So at 2 am i packed up all our stuff and moved to the new room. The next day i called to complain about the night before and they said, "Oh well, we got you a new room, what more do you want?". And then they said I didnt pay for that nights room. I got up and got dressed, went down to the office only to be told nevermind we found it....rude...rude and more rude. I wish the service was better because i really enjoyed the room!!!

We were very disappointed with the accomodations at this hotel. It lacked simple amenities (they provided a coffee maker, but no coffee, cream and sugar). We made a reservation for a non-smoking room and were given a smoking room and were basically told "too bad for you." The front staff seemed very distrustful, running the credit card charges first and copying IDs. One bath tub/ shower did not have a non-slip mat and I heard my girlfriend scream when she was in the bathroom, I feared she had fallen, fortunately, she was only startled by a roach. We made it through the night, but wouldn't go back again.

I am going there this coming weekend. We went there for christmas break my wife and I. Had a blast. They are old apartments turned into Spa suites. SPA SUITES, big enough to have some fun in! Did not realize TV didnt work till next day, didnt matter, went back to spa and had more fun!
