Upon checkin, the remote was in pieces on the bed. It took three calls and 45 minutes to get a replacement. The wi-fi was also not working.I asked to speak to to the MOD and wqs transfered to the same woman sharing the front desk. When pressed she said she wasnot and would try to locate him. I asked her to have him call. I was still waiting when we cheked out three days later.The floors were filthy. Trying to get you car was always a treat, as the front desk never passed the word to the vallet, even at checkout they forgot to ttell the bellman. Three days later, they enterd my room to replace a new remote with a used one.. We were contacted by the hotel and the charges were removed, This hotel is not a true Omni.
Room Tip: Room facing the water, always.

Thank you for letting us know about your stay. While it is difficult to hear of a stay that did not live up to the expectations we set for ourselves, it does allow us to address the issues so they are corrected.
