King suite allowed children to rest in one room while adults relaxed on the comfy King bed in another room.
Pool was clean and towels were provided at poolside for use. Never really crowded.
Free Full Breakfast was great. Good variety with long hours made for a great start to the day. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Although daily maid service was not listed as an amenity, our room was cleaned and fresh sheets were provided daily.
Two drawbacks : VCR was in room, but not a DVD. TV in bedroom area too low to watch comfortably from bed

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Enjoyed the room. Very clean and well kept up. The FREE breakfast was nice and much to choose from. Will stay here definately in the future!!!!

The hotel looks fabulous from the outside and is pretty on the inside until you go into the elevator or the halls. The carpet is very dirty and old and smells really bad. We stayed on the third floor and the carpet is a bacterial trap. The first room we stayed in was on the 2nd floor and it smelled like urine so we asked to be moved. We asked for a non-smoking room but kept smelling heavy smoke I guess through the ventiliation system. It was very frustrating. Also the pool wasn't kept up. We were there for a week and I saw the same cigarette butts and wads of gum right by the pool there the whole time. Our room's regrigerator stunk also. There was a huge crack in our bathroom mirror and a wad of gum under the sink on the floor which the maid never cleaned up. The shower curtain had a big rip in it. I had to leave a note for the maid to actually vacuum up the room. The breakfast had a variety of things but the doughnuts and muffins they served every morning were stale and tasted like they were a couple of weeks old. They were disgusting. Hotel is reluctant to give you things you ask for like extra towels or pillows. They questioned us every time as if we had to prove why we needed them. You think you are going to stay at a nice hotel when you drive up but it is a disappointment. "Don't judge a book by its cover" is true here. I would highly suggest you spend your money for a hotel where you know you are going to get a clean room with clean carpet.

The hotel is very nice breakfast every morning, free drinks from 7 to 9. our stay was great until the day we were leaving, our 2006 truck was broken into. They took our stero, digtial camera, cell phone, We thought we were a secure area, but come to find out from the the sargent that came the cameras are on the middle of the building, so they do not reach to the end of there parking lots, we were parked up buy the builing. The sargent also told us that the hotel is between to rival gangs. He said we should of stayed down south .. the manager never contacted us about this matter, he was not even there. My huband and i said before this matter we would stay there again, but after this matter noway. If you do say do not leave anything in your car and park it next to a camera.
