I should have realized there would be problems when the front desk clerk continually left me to address other problems, answer the phone, book other guests, and retrieve towels for other guests. Finally booked, I went to my room to find that the room had only two working lights out of the 5 in the room. The bed was musty smelling and had a large divot in the middle causing you to roll (literally) to the middle. The dressing area sink area was stained so as to appear that a crime scene may have been worked there. The bathtub was cracked, was missing a handhold, and the water pressure was slightly above that of a kinked water sprinkler. The hot tub, one of the advertised amenities, did not work and was at about 85 degrees. The pool would have been nice if I could have gotten to it without having to wade through the 50-some teenagers camped out there. On the plus side, the restaurant had a fresh and tasty breakfast. It would have been nice to have sufficient seating. (did I mention the 50-some teenagers?)
