We arrived on a Wednesday night and requested a top floor and got that right next to the elevator. I was a bit worried as we have an infant, bit not once did I hear the elevator or the ice machine. The room was great big and plenty of room for our family of 6. We had two queen beds that were extremely comfortable and a sleeper sofa. My 10 year old slept on the sofa not folded out and said it was way comfortable. My 8 and 6 yeat old shared the other queen and our infant and a pop up. We all had plenty of room for chilling out after long days at the beach and sites. The room carpet looked cleaned and all the room and bathroom was nice and clean. The carpets getting off the elevator and in the hallways need to either be replaced or cleaned they look very nasty dirty. My husband and kids ate at the free hot breakfast and said it had lots of hot and cold choices, but you need to try and getthefe early as the second day they got there around 9am and a lot of the food was gone. They must have got slammed right before theycame because they said the attendant was trying very hard to get everything restocked. The Hot items were not kept very warm.

We did enjoy both the pool and the hot tub and they were plenty big during our stay as there were not a lot of people using it. My only complaint on the pool is that the tiles need to be cleaned they are really dirty. Other than that the pool was refreshing and sparkling clean.

The front office staff was very helpful and friendly, unlike the housekeepers, who do not even say hello when you say hello to them.

It was a nice stay and not too far of a drive to tourist areas and the best palla pier that the front office staff told us about and warned us about jelly fish in the bay.

Also this is a clean air hotel no smoking or pets in any room and that is great for us with allergies to both. If you smoke or bring pets in the room and are caught they will charge you 150.00. We would definately stay here again.

My family stayed here the week of June the 16th. Staff was good, hotel overall was in good condition. Continental breakfast was good, the had a good variety. The room was clean and spacious, we had a king suite and four of us stayed in the room. Would stay again, lcation was great!

I've stayed here multiple times recently, as well as in the past. Hotel is begining to show age, and that's not good - since it's probably only a few years old already. Problem is, I think, most hotel guests are oil & gas field workers... and they probably take a toll on the property (no slight to my friends in the oil industry).

With that said, it's still a great overall property in satisfactory shape. Price is right for the business road warrior, and the "suites" are great to stretch out and conduct business in the room if necessary. Room was generally clean, as well as the bathroom and linens. Good location in central Corpus, and near the airport.

Only issues I had were: 1) Notice of coupel of "silverfish" bugs in the restroom area, 2) and internet service was sporadic at times.

Still, it wasn't enough to upset me, nor to raise a concern to the hotel staff. However, I'm pretty thick skinned when it comes to what I'd consider minor infractions such as these. In conclusion, I'd still rate this place a "very good" for now...

My husband and i made reservation online,12hours later we decide to cancle the reservation ,So we went there they said that they will charge $190 for not canceling before 72hours period.That is $80 more than our room cost,They gave fake names when i was talking on the phone,They said they were the mananger but they were not.when i talk to them and they civilized manner.It's not worth it and there are a lot places around.
