We wont ever stay here again, even though it is across the freeway from our family.
At first glance everything looked fine, lobby was clean and presentable They even have a happy hour.
Once we checked into our room and turned on the a/c and cooled the room off, it was fine. Room was clean, no bedbugs. Then came the problems. The tv didnt work and the front desk seemed unsure what to do. They came to ur room unpugged the tv and then it turned on. But we made the mistake of turning it off when we left to go to a Rosary for a family member. When we returned it would not turn on, so we tried unplugging it again and even put it in a seperate socket. it still didnt work. And the front desk couldnt help. No maintenace that late at night and the desk person informed us she was getting ready to get off and someone else would be in. ??? No offer to change rooms, just a lot of i'm sorry. Oh, and the 2 outlets we tried were loose, they need to be replaced. So we looked for the radio to try and hear some news, no radio either. Best surprise was the next morning when a roach crawled across the bathroom sink. You also only get 1 bar of soap for the sink and the tub. That was no problem though as we always bring soap with us just in case.
And we got all this for 85.00 a night plus tax and no senior discount here. By the way this was room 121. You also had to make sure you closed the door securely or it stayed open. They make it sound like they are real close to the beach and all the attractions but their not.
They definitely need some maintenance done on this property.
