This was one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. We chose it instead of the hotels at the bay front and beach because they all had negative ratings on cleanliness. Our kids have asthma and we couldn't take any risks with that. I'm glad we chose this Hampton. The beds were very comfortable. There were several breakfast choices, fruit, omlettes, and very roomy eating area. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only 7 minutes to downtown Bayfront. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the small pool and hot tub. I was very impressed with the cheap price I got through bookings.com. Via price line. I will stay at this one again.

Staying at this Hampton Inn, was like staying in my own home without having to do any of the work.
My room was very,very clean. Plenty of linens in the bathroom. Any and all requirements were taken care of by a person with a smile on their face and many freindly words.
The best part of the stay was the morning breakfast. The food was good, something for everyone. But it wasnt the food, it was the breakfast room attendant, Dianne. She had a smile on her face that made you happy to go in and partake of the meal. She gives 100% to her guests, making you feel as though you are her only guest. Every word she spoke was a kind word. I was there over the Memorial Day weekend with the hotel completely full, which in turn caused the breakfast room to be full to its capacity and with that many people making demands, Dianne with her smiling face meet the demands of every person who was asking for something . Kudos to this Hampton for going above and beyond their duties.
Also, the manager was also outstanding. Loved the fact that she allowed a fund raiser for the American Cancer Society to be held in her parking lot to be held. So stay at this Inn in you want more than just a room to sleep in. This is a place to go if you want to feel like you are staying at a very dear freinds home.

Took advantage of summer discount. Staff was friendly and helpful. Beds so comfortable we just stayed in the room the first night! SO convenient to everything. Restaurants, catholic churach and two malls nearby. Fifteen minutes from Texas State Aquarium and USS Lexington, fifteen the other way to Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Great hot breakfast with sausage, cheese omlettes, waffles as well as usual cold options.Staff kept it fully stocked until ten, then left items for those still eating, instead of taking everything away like some places.

Very friendly staff, clean comfortable room and complimentary breakfast---all at a great price!
