This place was terrible! Will never stay there again. The sofa sleeper was claimed to sleep two, we had one in our party sleep on it and is now undergoing physical therapy treatment for a sore neck. The condition of this "bed" was a sorry excuse for a place to sleep. It was like sleeping straight on springs and when we complained to hotel management they said we had to go to corporate, that their was nothing they could do. Upon calling corporate, their response was, there is nothing we can do, call the hotel directly. So, needless to say this was a major catch 22. I later received a letter from the hotel saying they would give us a 10% discount on our NEXT stay. No worries, they can keep their 10% because there will not be a NEXT stay. Sorry Comfort Suites, you lost a loyal and repeat customer. Not only was the bed atrocious but the customer service is inexcusable.

This hotel is relatively new and appears to still be in relatively good condition.

The room I was assigned to was clean but considerable cosmetic damages were noticed.

Upon check out the representative at the front desk was unable to access the computer to finalize check out and present a receipt. Reported to be a password issue. Manager had to be called from off site to reset password and allow the desk clerk access. Guest / customer was delayed...

Front desk staff is very very unorganized and appear to possess no customer service qualities. This property appears to be poorly managed. It would be in Choice Hotel International's best interest to monitor the operations and management of this property.

Mom, dad, and 2 teenage boys on a budget going to the beach. My husband been out of work for over 1.5 he just started back working in April and we needed a vacation but something to not break the bank. The boys wanted to go to the beach so we choose north parde island not to far out and white sand (so they said)..my husband booked this hotel comfort suites with one king and a sofa bed. To our surprise the room was just perfect for us. I hate going to a hotel and the tv is out dated. This hotel had a flat screen tv! The bathroom was huge and for the first time had plenty of towels! I took pics of the rooms, they look a mess the boys were still sleep while i wrote this review..lol...The only bad thing i would say is the pool was small and not pool attracted...lol...but who goes to the pool when you are less then 10 mins from the beach! The lobby was cool also flat screen tvs hanging on the wall. Im now a comfort suite chic everything you need at a price that dont break the bank!

The best things about the stay were cheerful, helpful staff and very comfortable rooms.
From the time we arrived until we checked out, I felt like we were welcome and important to the staff.
