“Very nice hotel close to the airport”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 February 2012

I stayed in this hotel for one night in January as I had an early flight conection the next morning. I chose the hotel as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle service so I could drop my car back early. As it was a Friday night I was upgrade to one of their loft suites. The room itself was very nice, it was like a studio apartment, the downstairs part had a nice living space which included a sofa chair and tv. Downstairs also housed the bathroom and a fridge. Upstairs to the loft area had the bed along with another TV.

I had dinner in the restaurant and the food was excellent. I also had breakfast there the next morning and it too was very good, even better they served it a t 6:00am on a Saturday which was excellent as it meant I could eat something before heading for the airport. The shuttle dropped me to the airport promptly and without any fuss.

There is also a fitness spa which I did not use.

I would recommend this hotel if you are at the airport. The only downside is that it is not in a very scenic area or close to any obvious amenities but then again I knwn this before my stay and it was not an improtant consideration for me.

“Good hotel, great room ambiance, uncomfortable bed”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 4 January 2012

Was in Park City for the NYE and needed a place to stay by the airport as the flight out of town was by 630am. This hotel served the purpose as it was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle from/to the Salt Lake City airport.
The check in was a breeze. We made our way to the room and it was a very nice room. The bathroom was nice, the room had a flat screen TV and the layout of the room was welcoming. The overall ambiance was appealing.
The biggest con of the hotel was the bed. It was big, but hard as a rock. Coming from Park City where the hotel was old but the room had a very comfortable bed, this was disappointing. Especially as this hotel was booked just to sleep in and head to the airport. We could not sleep well and ached all over.
The restaurant in the hotel was decent and food was delicious. All the food I ate in Park City was crappy and overpriced. This was the only place that provided food that was well seasoned and did not leave me feeling malnourished.
Left the hotel at 4:30am and the shuttle was waiting to drop us off. It is a pretty short trip to the airport and we were there in less than 10 minutes.
Overall, the hotel is well located close to the airport, the room has wonderful ambiance but the bed is as hard as rock and leaves you lacking good sleep.

I am so sorry about your negative impression of our beds. It appears that unfortunately we dropped the ball upon your arrival. It is our responsibility to educate each of our guests on the operation of our beds. All of our beds are Sleep Number beds that require a little experimentation to find your ideal "Sleep Number." When you find your number, your sleep experience will be amazing. It does require you are laying on the bed when you press and hold down the up or down buttons on the remote. A number appears on the remote, 45 being equivalent to a standard mattress, the higher the number the firmer it gets (the highest is 90)and the lower the number the softer it becomes. You will then feel the bed inflate or deflate based on your desire for a firmer or softer mattress. I am very sorry we did not prepare you properly for your stay with us. We look forward to having you come back to see us again and find "your sleep number."

“Great stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 22 December 2011

The hotel was great. Only stayed a few nights on business but I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is located right near the airport, and a fairly busy street, but I didn't notice any outside noise. Love that they give a free coupon for the buffet breakfast for each day of your stay. I would definitely stay here again.

“Amazing hotel for the value!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 December 2011

My husband and I stayed here one night when we came to Salt Lake to see the christmas lights at temple square and we were EXTREMELY impressed. I thought for $59 a night it would be a mediocre hotel but it was fabulous. Extremely clean, huge LCD tv in the room, large king sleep number bed, awesome linens on the bed, granite counter tops in bathroom and on wet bar, humungous bath/shower with a very nice shower head, very friendly staff, and pretty lobby. We will definitely stay here again every time we come back to salt lake.

“Very nice room just stay away from the windows!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 29 November 2011

We stayed here at the Radisson for our honey moon. The bed was huge and so was the room. It was great. The people were really nice. They only thing is that their windows open up, so be careful because I actually got my fingers smashed by the window in our room when trying to open the window. Their windows are very heavy and our room was quite hot, until we were told how to turn off the thermostat. All in all it was a nice room and a good stay. We would stay again.

Room Tip: Don't try to open the windows. They are far too heavy.
