This hotel is off i-80 and difficult to find in the corporate area outside the city towards the airport. In the evening there is nothing to do in the area and nothing around. No fast food, no stores, no entertainment. You are forced to use the hotel grill with hotel prices. Upon checking in we we assigned a room which was occupied. The electronic key worked but the security bar on the door prevented us from barging in on another traveler. Our room was small and if we sat at the small desk we could not walk past the bed. The bathroom sink drained slow. Coffee was in the room but no milk and sugar packets to make a cup of coffee. The hall ceiling had broken tiles which fell onto the floor. Our room had a water stain on the ceiling. The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was large with plenty of towles but missing any toiletries. The full breakfast was tacoes, scrambled eggs, etc. It could have been better to match the corporate image the hotel tries to project. The hotel tries hard to put on an upscale corporate image but falls short with maintenance, location, and service issues. Not a bad hotel but below the image they are trying for. Next time we will stay closer to town.
