During our recent stay, the friendly staff offered us an upgrade that we accepted. I have stayed here before but this suite was a spacious corner 2nd floor room. Other than finding a half eated bagel in the cupboard, the room appeared very clean. The problem... this room sits just a stones throw away from a very busy highway. At times, the noise rattled the room. It does quiet some after 11 pm but starts up again about 4 am. I will stay here again but will opt for a room further away from the highway.

Not many restaurants around it, so if you are walking do not expect much when it comes to eatery or bars. Extremely convenient if you need to stay near the airport. Plus they have a free airport shuttle. The staff is one of the friendliest I have seen, specially the evening shift (Dre was the most helpful). I forgot contact solution and they had a complimentary kit.

I chose this hotel for the convenience to airport. I decided to check in, return my rental car to the airport and then take the shuttle back to the hotel. The front desk was very friendly and made sure that I grabbed the complimentary Xpress Shuttle since the Holiday in one was not running at the time. If you do not have a car, the choice of restaurants is limited. There is a greasy spoon about a block away and another Italian food place. I ate a good pizza at the latter place. This hotel was quiet. They had a great breakfast (included eggs and sausage and other typical items). That will make me stay there again. The business center was good (right off the main lobby). They had the shuttle ready in the morning when they said they would. Good experience.

Okay, not only are you surrounded by beauty, but this hotel looks like it is brand new and has really nice architecture. We stopped here on our move from Nebraska to California and were very impressed with the service and our room. We had the Family Suite and it was more than perfect for 2 adults, 2 kids and 4 animals. The pet fee is a bit pricey but that's understandable since this hotel is so nice and they probably want to keep it that way. The restaurant was also a bit pricey so those two things combined are the only reason I can't give this beautiful hotel a full 5 on the ratings. We didn't have a chance to check out any of the area but could tell there are many things to do while we were driving in and I hope we can go back sometime! The wi-fi was great and the customer service was fantastic! Our kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the spa. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful area!
