We paid $125 (senior rate) for a week in a suite. Two adults in the master bedroom, teenager boy with his own TV in adjoining living room. Good wireless connectivity most of the time.

Reasonable free breakfasts and dinners; nice lobby. Because of proximity to the homeless shelter, this hotel has card key access to the elevators, a rare feature in HIltons. We occasionally had to renew our card keys at the reception.

One complaint: the housekeeping staff did not know when to make up the room. The 'Pls make up room' sign common in other Hiltons was absent here. We phoned housekeeping to get the room made up.

Close to big shopping center. Secure underground parking.

We have stayed here many times. Very quiet. Great rooms. Great beds. Much better than average breakfasts. When we have travelled with family or other friends we often reserve the two bedroom suites.

Very clean and quiet, with no noise problems. Pioneer Park across the street was filled in the south half with "Occupy SLC" protestors, so running in the park was a challenge. Three block walk to convention center, but not bad. Hotel had very good Japanese restaurant next door. Parking for hotel was a shared garage under the hotel and was poorly lit. The gentleman hosting the morning buffet on Tuesday or Wednesday, 25/26 October was very nice and professional. Room was very comfortable and bed was great. Extremely clean room.

My husband and I chose this suite hotel based on the great reviews on tripadvisor.
I agree with all on location, cleanliness, quality and buffets.
I'll mention some other points which have not been highlighted earlier.

Initially, I was surprised by the presence of homeless people in the park across from the Hotel.
However, as the days progressed, I was aware that they were regularly monitored and moved on.
Also, they do not hang close to the hotel.Comforting, is that the Police Department has a connection to the Hotel and often the officers came in for the breakfast and dinner buffets.

We had a suite on the 3rd floor. All of the suites on this floor have accessibility to an outdoor area that wraps around the entire hotel and encompasses a heated swimming pool and hot tub. Even though the outside air was chilly (50F), I enjoyed the hot tub.

The business center is incredible! It has a computer, fax, copier,and calculator with paper read outs...............all complementary.

There is also the convenience of a self service laundry located in the hotel, which I did not have to use. In the suite is a grocery shopping list, which when filled out, will be delivered to you by the staff.

A truly welcoming addition to this hotel are two employees, the Host and Hostess of the Dinner Buffet, Amber Gallegos and Ma'afu Suliafu. Not only were they entertaining, but they made me feel at home. If I was in the Hospitality Industry, I'd grab these two up!
