2nd time I've stayed here, couldn't be happier! Has to be the best deal in slc for a one-bedroom suite with full kitchen and large flat screen in living room. Since last stay they've replaced the towels and bedding sheets, and now they're much nicer and 100% cotton, nice duvet on bed, too. Excellent location next to 215 - the loop highway that brings you to all the ski areas or downtown, airport, etc. One thing you should know is that it's not a "hotel" with daily services, they only change the sheets, towels, etc once a week, so you have to make your own bed, and tidy up, but there's plenty of towels so you don't need replacements. You can get easy food delivery from the "Salt Lake Waiter" delivery service from around 12 restaurants, takes an hour for delivery, comes in handy and you can order on line or call them. Across the street is a Starbucks and a huge mall with a lot of selections, Applebee's and usual fast food, so that's handy, too. The front office is helpful when needed, for example, I FedEx'd my luggage home and they arranged pick up. I paid $45 a nite with an Expedia deal, a great bargain and I'll do it again! :)

First of all I couldn't find the hotel in the night. I saw no signs because it was covered by trees. I went to the wrong hotel next door. But when I got everything straightened out the stay was pretty good, You get a full apartment, fully furnished with dishes washer n dryer. I liked it, it felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay there again. But this hotel/apt really need to make their signs bigger, because not everyone's from Utah, and I was new to the area and state so I was clueless.

After reading the negative reviews, I was expecting an unpleasant experience. However, the apartment was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. It was much nicer than most discount hotels and at a much lower price. Clubhouse has fireplace and free wireless. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes etc.

I recently booked a one night stay using hotwire.com and was shocked when I was charged by the location as well as hotwire. I was charged for allegedly stealing all of the bedding from my room. While trying to investigate these charges the employees at the location where unwilling to discuss anything with me and insisted that I had stolen the property. The funny thing is the first person I spoke with said that I had damaged the bedding and the next people I spoke with claimed that I had stolen the bedding. After filing complaints with the better business bureau and hotwire I still ended up with a $96 bill on top of the cost of the room . DO NOT STAY HERE. I’M SURE THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO PREVENT THIS FROM HAPPENING TO YOU!!!
