Sadly, we had a mixed experience on our visit. First, my wife had bought a gift certificate as a surprise for me last year. When we first tried to make reservations months ago, all we got was an answering machine. Even though I left both a phone and email messages, nobody ever contacted us. Fast forward to last week, when I dusted off the certificate and tried again, I got right through to someone and they were able to book us a room. We were able to book an early check-in at no extra cost which was helpful. Upon arrival, everything was ready and very nice...the problem occurred later that night. We were all ready in bed when I heard someone on the floor above turn on the jetted tub ( I presume). I got up to use the bathroom and found a puddle of water in the middle of the bathroom floor and looked up to see water dripping from the light fixture. Closer inspection showed water dripping through one of the screw holes in the base mounted to the ceiling...it was rusty and corroded and had obviously been doing this for some time. We called the front desk and we were moved to another room, then found out the bed was too small so we got moved again. By 1am we were finally back in a room on a different floor after packing up our stuff and moving a couple of time. My hats off to the young lady who was trying to help us out for keeping a smile on her face. With so many choices for B&B's, I would think you would want to make it easier for people to use your services and have a top-notch experience. Also, there was no wifi in the room or internet access offered to us. For us, other than being tired the next day, it turned out okay...but just okay. We might try their other facility on fifth south, but I don't think we would go to the south temple site again or recommend it to our friends.
