Very disappointed. Smelled of smoke, noisy fridge that kept waking me up. Receptionist didn't seem to care. I only was staying for one night and will not be going back. Not wort the money.

Rooms are tiny and arranged so that one person has to climb over the other to get out of bed. Maybe OK for one person, but a ridiculous arrangement for couples. Totally unacceptable. We walked out and found another room.

Stayed there for one night before flying back to Boston. Check-in was quick, but the clerk at front desk wasn't too friendly. The room was spacious, with a kitchenette equipped with microwave oven and fridge. Unfortunately, the fridge was noisy when it kicked in and woke me up a couple of times. The on-site grocery store had the basic stuff for breakfast or a quick meal. It's convenient! The front desk was not staffed early in the a.m. or late at night. However, they do have a self check-in/out procedure established. It worked as long as you don't have any problems during your stay. The complimentary airport shuttle was operated by a third party. You need to book the trip with the front desk the day before. The shuttle makes 2 scheduled stops each hour.

I travel a lot more my job and this is the most disappointed I have been about a hotel in a long time. I have stayed in various Candlewood Suites over the past few years and this is the first time I have been disgusted with my room. I will be spending a lot of time in this area of town over the next few years but I will never stay here again.

-Walking into the hotel you will notice the distinct smell of cigarette smoke.
-My room was very dirty. They do a terrible job cleaning the room.
-My room smelled like lingering body odor.
-The floors were dirty, found a booger on the shower curtain, and toothpaste on the bathroom cabinets.
-The "Pantry" was terrible.
