“Great value, large room.”

We booked the room for the value. We do very little in the room except sleep. Room was spacious. Walk in closet ~ 8ft X 8ft served as changing room. Bathroom bigger than many. Kitchen not well stocked e.g. dishes/pots - however with full size refridge, it served our needs primarily for breakfast/snacks.
Exterior corridors - other guests quiet/non-existent as far as we were concerned. Only difficulty was carrying ski equip/luggage up and down stairs (no elevators.) 2nd floor room probably quieter though - so it was a fair trade.
Excellent location to ski resorts - 30 min. commute. Close to restaurants, shopping for evening hours.

“Great value, poor kitchen”

Firendly staff and incredible prices. clean enough though not spotless and new enough but not brand new.

Other guests seemed quiet though I am not so sure the soundproofing is that good.

If you are staying a while and want to cook at least one or two nights it is challenging with the equipment available.

“Excellent value for long stay”

I stayed here for a month with daughter and doggie (I am Mom). We paid $45 a day, which was fabulous for getting a room that was updated and newer and NON-smoking. The kitchen has large fridge and multiple burner stovetop. No oven, but there is toaster, microwave, dishes, utensils, pots pans. We were quite comfortable with a full couch and working desk for laptop. They dont have wireless internet, but you can hookup laptop using the dedicated phone jack on the the kitchen wall just for dial up and the hotel does not charge you for the minutes. That's good enough.
The compromises are that they only clean the room once a week and they only offer towels and linens on two other days in a week. We learned to adapt. The room was quiet and we did not notice noises from neighbors upstairs or nextdoor. The laundry room has multiple machines and even a tv and it has windows so you dont feel vulnerable. The staff was mostly spanish speaking, so sometimes that was a challenge.

“Sales rep. opinion”

This Studio 6 is a fantastic value. For only $45.00 per night, it was a large room with a kitchenette and was very clean and modern. Located in the Fort Union district of Salt Lake, it has great freeway access without being next to the freeway. It borders a small greenbelt, and is very quiet & peaceful, yet only about a mile to a shopping center.

“Thank goodness for Studio 6!”

This is one of the best extended stay hotels that we've ever stayed at.
The check in was a breeze with a very friendly and efficient person.
The thing that impressed us the most were the very affordable weekly and monthly rates. The room was simple but clean (which is what matters most!). All necessary cooking and eating utensils were provided with the kitchenette. Housekeeping services were once a week. The only minor flaw is that the front desk isn't open 24 hours. All in all, a very pleasant stay. If we are ever in Salt Lake City again this is where we will be staying!
