After staying in a Best Western in West Yellowstone we thought we would give this place a try for our overnight before flying home. My question, who is in charge of this inn, why would Best Western every allow this place to keep it's name? After a long day and a long drive we returned the rental car and went into the airport to call for the advertised shuttle...first clue...this inn was not on theshuttle board with all the other inns, hmmm. I found the number in my cell phone and called them, yes they would be there to pick us up. After over a half hour had passed, when all other hotel shutttles had gone by us, some 2 and 3 times ,I called back to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. The girl said, "I called my driver and he said it would be awhile". When I asked her what awhile meant she said probably about a half hour. When I informed her that we had already waited longer than that she said she would call him again. After 15 more minutes the shuttle came for us, now close to an hour wait in the heat. I recognized the female driver's voice as the one that had talked to me on the phone. She said the driver just got to the airport and asked her to go, great system. When we checked in the desk clerk was beyond rude. ( I think he was also the driver). When we requested to be at the airport at 6:30,he told us when we would be driven. When we got up in the morning we figured out why this had happened. The girl setting up breakfast and checking us out at 5:30 AM was also our shuttle driver. He wanted her to do both and if we went when we wanted to she wouldn't have been there to cover breakfast. The TV had 13 channels, half of which were too snowy, only CNN and a sports channel came in at all and the remote didn't work. The room was hot, AC half worked. The tray with the coffee pot and cups hung over the sink where you washed your hands, so sanitary. I am with the other reviewer, if it is this hotel or the car, pick your car!!!!
