“Very impressed”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 October 2011

I got laid over in Salt Lake City and had to make a quick booking... went for the cheap option and wasn't expecting much at all. I was very impressed with both the service and appearance at this hotel. They arranged a shuttle to pick us up at 9 pm, we ended up waiting a whopping 3 minutes for the ride. The interior of the hotel is great, nice woodwork and very clean. The receptionist was fantastic, very kind. And the room was great as well. It ended up being less than a 12 hour stay, had to leave before breakfast started (shuttle picked us up at 5 am, was there on time), but it was a fantastic experience.

“Great!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 August 2011

I was hesitant to stay here because of some of the reviews I had read. But when I saw the dates of the reviews and realized this hotel had formerly been a Best Western and the poor reviews were for that hotel, I decided to take a chance. Am I glad I did. I am not a frequent traveler (a couple of times a year). I needed a hotel with a shuttle to the airport and a place to leave my car. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious, VERY clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds were also very clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was that there is only one vending machine for sodas and it did not have what I wanted. When was the last time you stayed at a hotel and not being able to get a pepsi from the machine was the only negative? This is a very nice place to stay, good price, very helpful and friendly staff and everything I saw was clean. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

“Never again!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 19 March 2011

Sever reasons I'll never stay at this hotel again. 1. The coffee maker is right next to the sink in the bathroom, within arms reach of the toilet...gross. 2. Every time the room next to me used the sink or toilet I could hear the water pipes loud and clear. 3. No jetted tubs as advertised on expedia. 4. No wifi. 5. pool and hot tub are outside and seasonaly available. 6. no kitchenette as advertised on expedia. 7. Had to smack the hair dryer to get it to work. 8. Thermostat in room had a dead battery.

“Love the Inn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 24 September 2008

I am the best complainer ever but after staying at this inn, I found nothing to complain about. Though, it's not a 5 star hotel and I did not expect that for a hotel this size. I was treated kindly by the staff and had a free shuttle ride from and to the airport the whole time I stayed at this inn. I am definitely going to stop by again and will recommend this inn to all of my friends!

KEEP IT UP BEST WESTERN!!!!!

SEE YOU NEXT TIME!

“Run Away....Fast”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 September 2008

After staying in a Best Western in West Yellowstone we thought we would give this place a try for our overnight before flying home. My question, who is in charge of this inn, why would Best Western every allow this place to keep it's name? After a long day and a long drive we returned the rental car and went into the airport to call for the advertised shuttle...first clue...this inn was not on theshuttle board with all the other inns, hmmm. I found the number in my cell phone and called them, yes they would be there to pick us up. After over a half hour had passed, when all other hotel shutttles had gone by us, some 2 and 3 times ,I called back to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. The girl said, "I called my driver and he said it would be awhile". When I asked her what awhile meant she said probably about a half hour. When I informed her that we had already waited longer than that she said she would call him again. After 15 more minutes the shuttle came for us, now close to an hour wait in the heat. I recognized the female driver's voice as the one that had talked to me on the phone. She said the driver just got to the airport and asked her to go, great system. When we checked in the desk clerk was beyond rude. ( I think he was also the driver). When we requested to be at the airport at 6:30,he told us when we would be driven. When we got up in the morning we figured out why this had happened. The girl setting up breakfast and checking us out at 5:30 AM was also our shuttle driver. He wanted her to do both and if we went when we wanted to she wouldn't have been there to cover breakfast. The TV had 13 channels, half of which were too snowy, only CNN and a sports channel came in at all and the remote didn't work. The room was hot, AC half worked. The tray with the coffee pot and cups hung over the sink where you washed your hands, so sanitary. I am with the other reviewer, if it is this hotel or the car, pick your car!!!!
