The garden rooms at the Little America are by far the best value in downtown Salt Lake City. We've tried other hotels but have finally decided to make Little America our base of operations for all future visits. The rooms are spacious, immaculately clean, and nicely decorated. (Not the typical plastic motel look.) The location is excellent. One drawback: the only cable news network available is Fox. For some, that's probably a plus but not for us. But hey, it's Utah! That won't stop us from booking again next time we visit Salt Lake.

We really enjoyed staying at the hotel, and were pleasantly surprised by it. The hotel's decor is a little dated (straight out of the eighties), but it's clear that care has been taken to keep the hotels furnishings up to a certain standard.

I was so glad that the front desk staff recommended the coffee shop for a late breakfast - the food was fantastic!

I stayed in one of the mid-priced King Bed suites in one of the out-buildings, not the tower. I was very pleased all around. Friendly staff, quiet, decent neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Free parking. Nice restaurants, Nice room. Decent price.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this property many times for both vacation and business. I haven't been disappointed yet. It is a beautiful place that is kept very clean and has a very attentive staff. It is super during the Christmas Holidays with their wonderful decorations and fantastic food. It is also located perfectly for a trip to Temple Square, Trolley Square or any of the other fun places to visit. My favorite area to stay is in the tower. The rooms are ellegant and spacious. I look forward to visiting again.
