Terrible to sums up our trip to Macon. First we were checked in
to 2 rooms that had not had a/c turned on in months the rooms where
hotter in room that outside. We talked to the people at the desk and
got moved to a room that was slightly cooler. We had to purchase fans to
make it livable. One room smelt in like smoke in a non smoking room. The
other rooms there had bugs smeared on the wall, a hair on the pillow and
indication that the pillow case had not been changed. After our first
night in the 2nd round of rooms we asked to be moved again. WE go moved
for the 3rd and final time. These rooms had no towels asked manager for
them and never received them, a moldy shower curtain, bathroom doors
that had to be slammed shut. The condition of our room was slightly
better than the property in general. WE called and where lied to that
the pool was open. When we arrived the pool was half full with green
water, When asked the staff informed us that it hasn’t been open for
months. Stray cats where all over the place and it appears that the
staff is feeding them and keeping them to around saw food bowls on
several of the halls. Ice machines where nowhere to be found. Needless
to say i am glad to be home. FINALLY I even believe i saw a HOOKER being walked into a room by another guest of the hotel.

Dear Sir, once again we apologize for your unpleasant stay. We all agreed that the rooms upstairs that weekend were extremely hot, which is why we offered to change your room the next day when two downstairs rooms became available. I am one hundred percent certain that no one at this hotel told you that the pool was open, its very possible that there was a misunderstanding.. As I informed customer care that even though you were claiming to only want a response to your complaints or else you would write bad reviews on the travel sites, that you would do that regardless; I not only responded but I also tried to offer you some sort of compensation. When asked if everything was okay after changing rooms that afternoon, I believe she was your mother, said it was much better and asked for info on local restaurants/pizzarias. Our ice machine is located in the building across from the pool, and yes, some of the guests have compassion for strays that wander around the hotel that come from either the woods or from nearby restaurants, but I apologize for that too. As for the guest that was seen taking a 'hooker' into a room, I apologize for that as well, we have no way of detecting hookers.
