The most noisiest motel I have ever stayed in. Yes we were expecting street noises due to proximity of major road. Boy racers, sirens etc but we were not expecting to hear the bathroom activities of the people above & beside us. every-time they used the toilet we heard it all.. yes it all. tinkle tinkle, flush, wash hands. Absolutely unbelievable in a motel that is only a few years old. And as for the activity of those above us, we heard every foot step they took. God knows what they were doing to 12pm to be able to make that amount of foot steps in a small area. The bed was the most uncomfortable i have sleep in in a long time. it is steel frame and creaks every time you move. Thank god we did not have any "bedtime Fun". Hate to think the whole motel would hear us!!!! Can not believe they have such cheap beds in a 4 star motor inn. Obviously the people who rate these motels do not sleep in the units overnight. Would rate this motel as 3+ at the most.

Lovely big modern rooms with comfortable beds. Great showers- with good pressure. Location is good- close to great nearby mall Botany Shopping Centre and Botany Junction is just a short walk. Nice big park 5 minutes down the road. A few minutes drive to nearby beaches. What I liked best were the managers- who were so obliging and considerate (we had come up after the Chch earthquake). Highly recommended!

The owner should not be in this line of business. I phoned early (0620) looking for accommodation on my way out of Christchurch. Before I could even explain my early call I was asked "Why are you phoning at this hour?".

Naturally I didn't bother continuing the conversation, phoned another place and spoke to a very helpful gentleman. I travel on business a lot & many Moteliers are up this early seeing to breakfasts etc. Shame this one is too tired to be bothered.

We had a very enjoyable stay with our ten week old baby on a nostalgia trip to Auckland. The one bedroom unit was great as it allowed us to put the baby in the bedroom and to still watch tv and use the lovely spa bath etc. The unit was lovely and clean and serviced daily. The extra touch of the included continental breakfast was much appreciated and gave this motel the edge over others in the area. Noel and Margaret were friendly and helpful and made us feel most welcome. We had a great stay and would love to stay again and would recommend this motel to our friends and family.
