Great spot to unwind and relax. I felt the tension slip away once I walked thru the door. Pure luxury from the enormous chef's kitchen (with every imaginable accessory) to the comfortable seating, fun porch, great views, comfy beds... on and on. I couldn't fault a thing here, it was a great vacation.

We stayed at Wailea Beach Villas in #504 the week between Christmas and New Year's. It was idyllic. The Villa was beautifully furnished and equipped and our bed was divine. So comfortable.
The views from this Villa are incredible and we just loved siting out on the patio and watching the activity on the water.
it is beautifully located next to all the large hotels but is quiet and peaceful and so much better. No crowds and all the amenities including a terrific gym.
We were so glad that we had chosen a villa over staying at a hotel. The price was not much different and the amenities and peace and quiet were so worth it.

Our challenge was finding a place for our family of 14, with kids ranging from 7 mos. to 15 yrs. We choose wisely with WBV. Our villa overlooked the kids pool which was super convenient. We split time between the pools and beach. We ventured out for dinner several nights, but enjoyed the opportunity to cook and grill at the villa. The lanai was perfect for gathering at meals and for relaxing. I thought I'd miss my traditional Thanksgiving, but quickly adapted to this beautiful setting. We made several trips to the grocery store in Kihei, but the shops at Wailea will meet the needs of smaller groups. If you've got time between check-out and departure, I'd recommend a trip to the lavendar farm. Great perspective from the highlands and the kids loved hiking around the grounds. If you're looking to blow it out, then this is your spot (special thanks to my mother-in-law for picking up the tab!)

My husband and I spent 5 relaxing nights at this place recently and I would happily go back. We stayed in one of the penthouses with an ocean view. We could have easily shared it with another couple since it was incredibly spacious. It is literally steps away from the mall and right next to the gigantic (and family oriented) Grand Wailea resort but you would have never known it just staying within the property itself. It is incredibly quiet and private, right down to our private entrance steps out of the elevator! The pools are nicely maintained and the staff friendly and courteous. The only thing lacking there was drink and food service but it's a small price to pay for peace and quiet located so close to so many amenities. We were able to walk to restaurants in all of the beachside resorts nearby. The snorkelling at the beach that is shared between this property and Grand Wailea is the best I've ever experienced in Hawaii. There's lots of coral, fish, eels, little octopuses and oh, the turtles are just so gracefully beautiful! I couldn't have asked for more.
