I read many reviews trying to figure out which condo we should rent in the Wailea area. We decided on a 3 br/2 bath unit at the Elua Village booked through Destination Resorts. My family and I were all very happy with the choice. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen had everything you would possibly need. There were two pools on the property that were fun as well. The only downside is the beach on the property was pretty small, and the sand area was not as big as expected. But, there are nearby beaches that are much bigger.

Stayed here in aug 2010 in a 3 bedroom unit with my family. The place was great, good value, very clean and well maintained. The beach close by is small by there are plenty o other nicer beaches like Wailea that are walking distance. Would definitely recommend this place

on top of Ulua beach, next to all the big hotels and restaurants but much cheaper than a hotel room. The 1 bed unit was fantastic, huge and kitchen facilities were great for breakfast/lunch. Facilities in the complex were great, would highly recommend. Too close to the shops if you don't want the temptation to spend up but that is the only downside to your wallet

We rented this condo through the owner, it was an easy process to arrange and we were extremely happy with the property. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful, the lower pool was quiet and the amenities surrounding it ie the fridges and ice machine were useful, also located very near the beach. We would highly recommend this complex for families.
