We decided to visit Natchez between the holidays and were fortunate to get a room with Neal. We had a great time and found this B&B to be to our liking. Rooms were clean, spacious and quiet. Neal was a great host with a wonderful knowledge of his town.
This is a small B&B with only three rooms. The downstairs room has a private bath and views from the bed, of the bridge over the river. There are two upstairs rooms, one has a private bath within the room and the other has a private bath out the door and down the hall about three paces, however, this room also has a small kitchette with stove, firdge, microwave and a few utensils. The two upstairs rooms share a common sitting area and an open porch that has a fantastic view of the river and the gorgeous sunsets.(see pics)
We were early getting to town and stopped at the visitor center first, purchasing a three home package tour, and therby saving about 15% over singel admission prices. Neal, the innkeeper, then directed us to his favorites and explained why. We were pleased with his choices and enjoyed our stay with him. If ever in Natchez again, we will be back to stay with Neal at Blufftop..
