Clean, large rooms with huge bathroom. The house is a lovingly restored 19th century Victorian with high ceilings, period furniture and lovely wood floors. The sitting room is a pleasant place to sit and read and sip coffee--or if you'd rather be outside, try the large wrap around porch. Located in the middle of the historic area, easy walk to many mansions and historic sites, the river, the bluff and Under the Hill area and the stop for carriage rides is two blocks away. Ron and Mimi, the owners, are gracious and a wealth of knowledge on city history and urged us to make ourselves at home. The breakfasts were huge and delicious--bacon,sausage, eggs, fruit, pancakes, grits and biscuits. Yum! Three bedrooms in the house and a separate cottage are available. Did not visit the cottage so cannot comment on it.
