Stayed at this hotel for three nights while visiting our son who lives nearby. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and modern. Service was pleasant and responsive. The room price was fair. My only hesitation to booking here again stems from the crowds of noisy, messy families who monopolized the pool and breakfast areas each day. It was hard for the staff to pick up their trash, clean their eating areas, pick up after their dogs, and police their unsupervised children. This hotel is a great choice for families on vacation, but not the best for couples hoping to enjoy common areas.

More than expected! Our room was very new, spacious and clean. There was a nice pool with a lovely grilling area and patio tables to enjoy some time outside on a beautiful summer's evening. We had forgotten some items and the staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating and helpful. The gym had great equipment and complimentary headphones. The breakfast was delicious! Lots of variety. Would definitely recommend and attempting to stay there again.

I have been a member of Hyatt's Goldpassport for over 20 years, I have made the Diamond Level (over 100 nights each year) for the last 6 years so please believe me when I say: "THIS IS NOT HOW A HYATT IS TYPICALLY RUN!!!!"

The front desk staff either knowingly or unknowingly lied to us over the silliest things (e.g. shuttle availability, rates, food and beverage service times). They couldn't get the simplest requests right (e.g. USA Today for the daily paper, no cleaning service until after 10am). The breakfast food was pre-fab freezer thawed folded eggs and burned sausage and no fountain drinks available for breakfast (this won't matter to most folks but it does to me). The facility is mediocre at best, in our room you could hear when any water was used on our side of the building for all 3 floors. It was loud enough to wake me every night. The elevators reek of vomit. The housekeeping staff didn't empty the garbage or clean common area. Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to stay or know that this is on par with the cheapest dive long term stay hotels.

comfortable, clean, friendly. great value for the amenities. will not hesitate to stay in any of their facilities.
