These apartments were very spacious and nipping clean.Ali was very friendly to us on arrival and even changed our apartments for us when we asked if we could be up from a basement apartment.we only paid 150pounds for two weeks for two of us and it was money well spent after visiting icemeler on many occasions.would definitely go back . Thank u Ali for a lovely two weeks :-)

Had heard so many good reviews and stories about this Hotel and the owners! so was rather disappointed when we got here this year!

Wont be staying in these apartments again, the owners on arival were friendly and chatty due to my friend knowing them from the last two years but as the days went on they were often rude and barely spoke.

Our apartment was barely cleaned, we had our beds changed once in two weeks and had three changes of towels. The floor was never cleaned the bins were emptied a few times.

The pool area is ok was kept clean but we always went the The Three Bells and used there pool as by 9am all the sun beds were taken up by other peoples towels!

when we arrived at the felizia they didnt even know we were coming......the rooms were big...but i had trouble getting into the apartments as the lock was faulty......the beds were made up apart from the sofa bed which they just gave me 1 sheet and nothing else...there was no travel cot for my 4 month old son....the cooker cable was burned through so i didnt use it.....the room was in a basement which was dark and away from my friends who came with us....the air conditioning cost me £40 but only was in 1 room so i didnt feel any benefit.....the people that owned it were miserable...rude and not helpful at all....the bar that was advertised was not open as the owners didnt want to pay for a licence...they ad as puppy there which was tied up and kept nipping the children everytime they walked past......the owners children kept letting themselves into my room...they kept taking my childrens toys away from around the pool...the baby pool was dirty so i couldnt put my baby into it.......there was no were to dry any clothes after we had been in the pool....the cleaner didnt clean the rooms.....she changed the bedding once which was on the day we left......she never cleaned the toilet...or changed the bins or even swept the floor or mopped it.....the day we left the owners didnt help us with any bags into the taxi or even asked if we enjoyed our stay.....wouldnt let a rat stay there....NEVER go again

Stayed here with partner...and rest of the family (about 15 of us, ranging from 10 year old - 50 year old). We love Icmeler and come every year, but couldn't get in our usual hotel, as was fully booked, so decided on this...even though we did pay over the odds for it!
Staff seemed ok upon arrival...but weren't too friendly over the 2 weeks.
Pool area was ok, but the sun loungers were quite shaded.
Never got food from here, so cant comment on that...probably because the prices were extortionate, compared to all the other lovely restaurants nearby!
Air con was a rip off...but it is needed!
On the plus side, i must say it was clean...and a nice location.
Dont think i would go back there, much better hotels available at a cheaper price!
