my husband and i have just come back from the s hotel it was dirty the air con, was not working the fridge was not working the food was ajoke it was cold or luke warm and we had chicken for lunch and evening meal every day the was a salad put on but no meat only the chicken . we went all inclusive to save money but we had to eat out then of course you have to buy drinks all in all an exspensive holiday and not a good one very un happy.

The S Hotel is ideally situated & although was fairly basic was clean & comfortable. The staff were polite & when we noticed the fridge & the bedroom light was not working they were quick to resolve the problem. We stayed on an all inclusive basis & the food was of low quality & the choice was extremley limited & not always served at the correct temperature. Soft drinks provided were poured from local brand juice bottles which had not been refridgerated so were often served warm & flat. The hotel advertises entertainment however, that along with the spa & gym was non existent. Air con was on a timer so, as you can imagine is sweltering tempratures was certainly not ideal. I thought Icmeler was beautiful & would certainly visit again however, this would not be my choice of hotel again. The 4 stars awarded to this hotel in my opinion are over rated & a 2 if not 3 star would be deemed more appropriate.

The S Hotel in Icmeler Turkey. We had arranged through our local tour operator ( HOLIDAY HYPER MARKET)for my youngest son and his two friends to stay in this four star All inclusive hotel for two weeks. The hotel's food was of poor quality and mainly catered for Russians. The guests were either Russian or Bulgarians and the staff spoke very little English. The Air Con was terrible and only came on at certain times( not good in the Turkish heat) we had to go out and buy two big fans for the rooms. Staff were not really interested in our complaints. We spent a great deal of money on phone calls trying to get them moved(which Holiday Hyper Market assured me that would not be a problem when we got out there). The Tour Operator should have told us what the Hotel was like. We can't have been the first suckers to be sold this hotel. Over all a very low rating Hotel. Be careful what they are trying to sell you. Icmeler itself is lovely but again be careful when visiting Marmaris, BAR STREET. My son got a bottle in his face and had to have 43 stitches in his face ( we are not sure which Nationality it was but believe there was a fight between two Turkish bars owners over a girl and my son got caught up in the middle of it . I would not recommend any one going there for a drink . Stick to the main bars along the front. (Bar street is also very expensive as they are targeting young people's pockets on holiday looking for a good time)

My partner and I stayed here for 2 weeks in June.

The hotel is ideally placed very close to the beach and town centre where there are numerous pubs and restaurants.

The hotel itself was clean enough but most of the guests were Russian, Bulgarian etc with very few English speaking visitors.

The food was of a poor quality and choice and we tended to eat out quite a lot.

The local drink was passible but verl limited in choice.

Once we got to know the staff, they were friendly enough, but again not many could speak good English. Ok I know I can't speak Turkish but when you go on holiday you expect to be catered for.

All in all not the worst holiday I have ever been on but wouldnt reccomend it or go back to this hotel again.

Icmeler itself is beautiful and we have already booked for next year.
