booked a family room in august we got a 2 bed room with a camp bed stuck together complained to thomson rep she said it was to busy to be moved on.second week i got it in writing when imade an officual complaint. when i got home i got compansation november from thomson. it always states one room left on there website this is not the case its when you arrive they will give you rooms that are left. on the hotel apart from my cramped room it was clean no tv tiny pool not enough sunloungers .food if you like eggs your on to a winner every morning without fail,dinner was two choices take it or leave it,no food for kids i had to go to marrmaris mcds a lot.

We traveled to the navy hotel in August... spent the first few days at the beach and got far too much hassle. Spent the rest of the holiday by the pool and had the best time! A big thank you to Lucas for keeping us entertained, fed and watered through out the day. He always had a smile on his face and made our holiday! we also had a great time at turkish night (thanks again Lucas!)
Staff in the hotel were kind and friendly and we cant wait to come back next year!

This hotel is by far one of the best ones in icmeler. Couldn't fault it in the slightest! Staff are all really helpful and friendly, hotel is very clean and the food is lovely. We really enjoyed the turkish night and the sunday dinner these where both very nice. Me and my family will be returning to this hotel next summer without a doubt.

2 weeks in this hotel glad to get out, the staff were scruffy, very unprofessional,food very basic same old thing day in day out, wished i,d done b&b to get a change, staff were only intrested in packing away for end of season, room very basic but clean, needless to say won,t be returning
