We had originally booked the Siesta for a 10 night stay but found out that the they didn't have a booking for us but they put us into a room until they could sort it out.

The room itself was basic, small but very clean and although we only tested it for 1 night I'm confident that a 10 nights in the room would have been pleasant.

We only had an evening meal and as previous reviewers have commented the food was adequate but I'm sure we would have spent quite a few nights eating out to get some variety. Our evening was spent at the pool bar having the local drinks as this was part of the all inclusive and my wife was taken aback by the strength of the vodka and cola which was very generous on the alcohol. It was a pleasant evening with a relaxing atmosphere.

Our stay at the Siesta made way for the Hotel Alinda which was a world away in service, room and facilities and not in a good way!

Icmeler is a great holiday destination and there is plenty to do and see, the locals are very welcoming and work hard so that you will return to their restaraunt, bar or shop. Most of them have people trying to get you to come in and spend money which can be entertaining or tiresome so if you have a place in mind to go so learn to say you have already eaten or away to meet friends.

In all our one night made us wish I had pushed with our operator to stay there for the full holiday and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

A lovely holiday overall. Staff very helpful, even though the tour operator went into liquidation 48hours into our holiday. We were reassured by the managers not to worry and enjoy our time there, even though they had not been paid for our stay.
The rooms are quite small and the decor would make the Hotel Inspector cringe, but it is only somewhere to sleep wash and change.
Food reasonable I had 2 fussy teenagers and even they had enough choice. The soup (served twice daily) were gorgeous.
Overall very good value for money, would I go again? my daughter has already talked me into booking the Siesta for next year!!!!!!!

Arrived at our hotel at 11.30pm, was disappointed that the all inclusive had ended so had to pay for our drinks, it also ended at 1.30 lunchtime on our departure! The hotel is basic but clean which is a must for me. The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels are provided. The food is basic but only expected when booking 3*!!! Yes you do have to put your towel on a sunbed early as there are not enough to go round but not at 5.30am as some have stated. If you are reading this and have just booked, then dont worry you will have a good base to visit the lovely Icmeler. If you are thinking of booking, then you will have to pay more if you want luxury ie entertainment, food choice and bigger pools. On a positive note the staff are friendly and entertaining especially Hakan hes so lovely :) We went on a cheap week away we enjoyed our stay but would pay a little more next time.
