Location is great, within easy walking distance of castle, etc. We had a spacious junior suite with a large bathroom, sitting area and 4 poster bed. Staff were pleasant and breakfast was good, with lots of variety. Use of free internet near the lobby. However they could still improve on some small things (eg they seemed to have run out of soap for the wash basins when we arrived).

I have not stayed at the Hotel but eaten here many times. It is very trendy and tasteful and classy. They do good tapas and main meals. Last year I had Valencian paella in their outside seating area of their restaurant. It was very good. We also got a free appitiser to start. Their wine selection is very good too. We paid 9 Euros a head for the paella and a glass of wine was 3 Euros, large glass. Service was very good and I felt relaxed and comfy. We have also been here over Xmas and had tapas which were very tasty indeed. This is the place to go to feel treated and pay sensible prices.

We had booked a New Year Party here but I got the flu and could not go. Hubby went in for a refund on the tickets and they gave us a refund no problem. Shame I could not go, as the party sounded great.

What I have seen here, everything looks very trendy and clean and service is very good, friendly and fast. The outside area is lovely and indoor bar very trendy and relaxing too. Well worth treating yourself. I found the prices only slightly dearer than normal eateries, well worth every penny .

We were lucky to get a parking spot right opposite the hotel (in the summer parking would be a problem) We were greeted by the male receptionist who was curtious but did not smile once during our stay, the evening receptionist (female) was delightful. The room was very comfortable and spotless, The tea making facilities were missing but the female receptionist got it sorted immediately. It was my partners 50th birthday (I informed the hotel beforehand) and they supplied free of charge a bottle of Cava and fruit which was presented beautifully with candles etc a really nice touch. The restaurant was very pricey so we ate in the La Menta restaurant just behind the hotel, great carpaccio and steaks, there is no bar in the hotel which was really disappointing, the breakfast buffet was excellent, but if you wanted eggs and bacon it was an extra cost, and for 120Euro a night for the room we thought that was bad. Overall, you would not be disappointed.
