Stayed in a room on 2nd floor with the pool outside. People at the pool were very noisy, even with the TV on. The air conditioner was so loud in our room I could hardly sleep. In the morning after showering, went to dry my hair and the hairdryer didn't work. Went down to the lobby with head full of wet hair to see about getting another and the lady said they didn't have one. Luckily another lady was close by and said they did. She got one, followed me up to my room and made sure it worked. Would have been totally ticked if they would not have had one. Would not recommend this hotel.

In regards to noise complaints, we ask that the guest notify the front desk and we will do all we can to fix the problem, even if it requires us to relocate the guest to a quieter area. We appreciate the feedback we receive from our valued guests and we hope you will give us another try.
