Went for a little getaway with the family, room was ok, clean, everything worked fine. We were surprised they dont advertise the pool, which was small, but at least had one, with hot tub. They also dont advertise the free breakfast, which was a nice surprise, with the front desk saying they would have eggs and waffles...no waffles at breakfast it turned out. We had fun at the casino, kids went to Kids Quest, family went bowling. We enjoyed ourselves overall, while not luxury, we would come back.

I stayed here looking for a casino / hotel combo on the way from Phoenix to the Grand Canyon. Since this was near Montezuma's castle, which was my first stop, we selected it. The casino is up a hill from the hotel so its not ideal if you are looking to gamble. Also once we made it into the casino the people were very unfriendly and unwilling to help me, even though it was 7:30 in the morning and I was one of their few customers.

The hotel reminded me of a cheap motel. The roomed seemed very old, outdated, and wasn't clean. The pillows were some of the most uncomfortable that I have ever used. I highly recommend trying to find another hotel if you are traveling for the same purpose that I was. The only good thing about my stay was that I arrived late and had to leave early so I wasn't there long.

We stayed there because my husband conference meeting held at this hotel. All I can say is they have ugly room and stinks too. Also, the old lady at the front desk was grumpy and not very accomodating. 👎👎👎

This was hands down the worse place I have ever stayed. If you have someone in a wheelchair, this place cannot accommodate you. The hotel has one room with a bathroom that meets ADA standards. Unfortunately, the room is so small it only has one bed. They will give you a roll away but that's an extra $20. I guess when you pay for three people in a room that doesn't automatically get you a bed. The shuttle with a wheelchair lift was broken. The restaurant referenced in the room directory for food service has been closed and there isn't a coffee maker in the room anymore.

Room tip: Choose a different hotel off the rez.

We have styed here a few times now and planning to stay there again this weekend. Everyone is extremely friendly, we always stay in the Jr Suite using their Wine Down package which a great deal. The local wine you are given is amazing and just a notte to buy that bottle of wine it would be 22.00-25.00 by itself. The room is spacious with a mini kitchenette with mini fridge, coffeemaker, microwave and sink, very comfy bed and large shower. I agree walls are thin and it can be quite noisy, but it really wasn't an issue for us. Shuttle at your door service to hop over to the casino, great service there as well from bar servoce to players club and restaurants. i have been to several Casinos and this by far is my favorite. Perfect location to explore all the surrounding wineries and vineyards.
