Overall, we loved the area around the resort - the beach was great - the walkways, ... the short walk to the grocery store (10 minutes), but the resort left much to be desired. Biggest frustration - charging 1 Euro for 10 minutes of Internet time, then not even getting the 10 minutes, because at 9 1/2 the clock started to count down asking for more money and would not even allow the user to save to send an email in that last 30 seconds - a rip-off all the way around. Second frustration was having to check in at the hotel next door. It took us quite a while to figure this out, as we sa now way to enter the property by car initially.

rooms were very dated, but clean, and the maid service was fine
the 2 burner cooktop would not fix 2 pans at the same time, frustrating those that might like to cook, and there were no instructions for the Microwave / oven.
Despite all of this, we greatly enjoyed our time there and the side trips we took to Cuenca, Teruel and Barcelona. Madrid was wonderful too!
