“Well run, Clean, great value near town of Concord”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012

This is a great choice for business or pleasure. Efficient check in, Clean rooms, quiet. Outdoor pool (we didn't use since it was winter). Great towels and linens. Fast and free wi-fi. I left my robe there and they happily and quickly found and shipped back to me on the same day. Close to town and a great restaurant next door (Papa-Razzi)

Room Tip: Quieter on the 2nd floor-rooms.

“Great!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 14 November 2011

This hotel is super. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was immaculate and was maintained that way the whole stay. Bed was comfortable w/4 pillows and a great idea (all the light switches were next to the bed). The breakfast was huge and the staff in that room were so friendly. Great restaurant right thru the parking lot. The best Italian restaurant in the world. Very quiet and convenient location. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

“Great refuge from a storm!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 1 November 2011

Since power was out 5 days during Hurricane Irene, we rushed to make reservations when our power went out during the blizzard. We were fortunate to have planned ahead. The Best Western was completely sold out and turning people away. In spite of mass chaos and dozens of refugees swarming into the lobby, staff remained calm, friendly and helpful. Despite the potentail for noise with lots of children running around the room was quiet and comfortable (although our only criteria were really lights and heat). Free internet access and hot breakfast included. This Best Western would have been a nice stay even on a vacation. Highly recommend, even when your lights are on!!

Room Tip: Back rooms avoid possibility of highway noise

“Excellent stay”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 October 2011

Since my trip plans were last minute, all the B&Bs and Inns were booked but luckily I found a room at the Best Western in Concord. I had hoped to find something in town for our one night stay and this hotel is just a couple of minutes away by car so went with this because of the favorable reviews here. All of the local attractions in Concord are spread out anyway, so staying in town wouldn't have made much of a difference for one night since we didn't have that much time to spend in the town itself. Even though I've stayed at countless hotels (usually upscale), B&Bs and inns around the world, this hotel has to be one of the cleanest I've ever been to (and I'm the type who notices dust on lamps, behind furniture, etc.). There is also a computer by the lobby for guest use and the included breakfast, though not of the quality you'd get at a more upscale place, was quite a spread none the less, with hot dishes such as eggs, waffles, etc. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful with directions (though they should update their knowledge of what restaurants do deliveries since the ones they thought did, didn't, and we ended up having to look in the phone book and call a few places before we found one) . There are a couple of restaurants right next to the hotel but by the time we got back to our room we were tired and just wanted to stay put. All in all, it was an excellent stay and I was very impressed with the Best Western in Concord. One last note- it's a two story establishment but doesn't have an elevator so if you have trouble with stairs and suitcases make sure you request a room on the first floor (preferably not facing the parking lot).

“Last minute booking”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 28 October 2011

The Best Western at historic Concord Mass was a very late booking for my wife and myself.
The hotel was clean, comfortable, supplied an excellent buffet breakfast, including hot food, all included in the room price and we were greeted at reception by two estremely friendly and knowledgeable ladies. They were a creit to the hotel.
An excellent hotel, conveniently located for exploring Concord, Lexington and the surrounding area.
Concord was, as I like to describe it, the place where the terrorists and insurgents fired the first shots at the British peace-keeping troops. My American friends view things differently.
Highly recommended.
