just returned 1 day early from a weekend break at this hotel.the whole experience was terrible.

having had a problem booking online i eventually made a reservation on the phone for a bungalow( trade description act obviously doesnt apply here) for 2 adults and a child on half board basis.

on arriving we were expected to all sleep in the one bed, and no provision had been made for food for my son as we were given a card for just 2 peoples food.

the "bungalow" turned out 2 be a double room adjoined to another double room in an outdoor annexe. sound insulation from next door was non existant and the postage stamp size TV couldnt be operated without paying 10 euros for a remote. later that night the lack of soundproofing coupled with the rattling bed and howling/grunting couple provided 5 mins of entertainment.

eve meal buffet choice was all cold and unapetising. breakfast was very spanish,all buns and processed ham and a free for all, if youve got a faint heart youll never get near the coffee machine!

the whole package from room quality to staff who had faces like slapt arses left us with no option to pack up first thing sat morning and go somewhere else
