I travel once or twice a year to attend Atlanta's Mart in downtown. Safety and cleanliness is my first priority. The first year I attended I stayed at this property and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, surrounding neighborhood and easy commute down Peachtree to the city center. Every time I've returned, I look at this location first for my bookings. The lobby is bright and well decorated, the staff is friendly and professional. The rooms are nicely decorated, mattress is comfortable and bathrooms spacious. There is a safe in the room which easily holds a laptop. Self parking is easy and plentiful on two levels. Overall an excellent value and located close to nicer neighborhoods and shopping for Atlanta. Will book here for future without question.

We stayed here for two one-night stays (as part of a road trip coming and going). The staff were friendly and the hotel was client (even in buckhead). We were given a complimentary upgrade the first night to a large suite (Carlson Club silver elite membership may have had something to do with it, but it was given without even asking). The hotel was very clean, and the building has some nice architectural character to it (e.g., sliding panel doors for some bathrooms, round columns in rooms). Breakfast was great, if a little crowded. Overall great value for an insanely cheap price in the middle of Atlanta.

Paid online but moron at desk decided to argue with me saying I didn't pay then told me I had to wait an hour for their system to show my reservation. He then tried to tell me that I told him I called their number and didn't pay. Manager was to busy sitting on their butt to come out and help. I had confirmation page but still wasn't good enough. Only thing hotel was good for was free WiFi which I used to cancel reservation and book another hotel. Safe yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

This hotel is in a good area with shops and restaurants in walking distance. The MARTA is about a mile away. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was fine. Our door keys didn't work one afternoon and we were given new keys within 30 seconds. The staff are friendly. There is ample free parking and the area felt safe. The A/C shuts off at night but the windows do open. The only bad thing is the highways are close by and traffic is insane. Also, if you are traveling to where the hotel is on your left, there is no way to turn in and no place to make a U-turn. We ended up driving about 2 miles down the road and turning around in a liquor store the whole time we stayed there.
