Overall, this hotel was average - it was clean and they did give you breakfast. The staff on the weekdays was very nice, the weekend staff cared less and did not perform as well, or so it seemed. The internet was down from when we got there on Thursday night until we left on Sunday morning - they said a tech was working on it. The only way we could get online was through the 1 hotel computer - no wifi in the lobby either. I would stay here again - just if you are a businessperson, I'd call to make sure the internet is working!

I spent three nights at the Hampton Inn North Druid Hills in Atlanta. This particular Hampton is on-par with others I've stayed at around the U.S. - nothing special, but a solid offering.

Despite an apparent run on hotel rooms in the north-of-downtown area, I was able to book a standard room with only a few days notice. Having some small (Silver) status with HHonors probably helped, as the gentlemen checking-in in front of me had to settle for a smoking room, as no others were available.

The facilities were up to standard for cleanliness, and they were well lit. The facility is conventiently located to the Buckhead business area, located about 3 miles from that neighborhood. It's pricing is slightly better than the comparatively upscale Buckhead hotels. Travel to this area takes about 7-10 minutes typically, though traffic and route can be an issue. The Hampton is conveniently located to too-numerous-to-mention dining (all types and quality of cuisine) and shopping.

I had limited interaction with the staff and was satisfied with their friendliness at each interaction.

The dining area (breakfast is included) is rather small, having only less than 10 tables. Standard breakfast fare.

The business center is undersized for uses other than simply checking emails.

Second time we have stayed at this hotel. It is clean and staff is friendly. We booked 6 weeks in advance and asked for adjoining double rooms but were disappointed on arrival. We were given rooms on separate floors. Only one had double beds while the other was a king only. Had trouble with the bathroom in one room. Staff apologized for mix up in rooms. The breakfast was the usual fare and had different items each morning. Maids were very nice and accomodating. Location is convenient to Buckhead area and Emory University. Price was reasonable. Fitness area fine.Would probably stay here next time in Atlanta area.

This Hampton is is right off I-85 and just five minutes drive from Atlantic Station.
Stayed there for the recent Atlanta Marathon and was well pleased. Quiet, well kept rooms.
