My 10 year old Daughter and I just stayed here for a theater convention we were attending at the Cobb center. I was very happy and impressed with the hotel. Our room was clean and beautiful and I especially liked having a fridge and microwave oven. (I am a big water drinker and like to keep it cold and love being able to warm up my coffee) You are also able to close off the bedroom from the bathroom and living room area with pocket doors which was wonderful when my Daughter needed to get her rest at night while I stayed up a bit later. We did have a few small problems with not receiving our room service at the time requested one morning, a very bad room service meal one evening and our room not being made up yet when I arrived back in it one late afternoon. This being said the staff from room service all the way to the front desk were friendly, professional and prompt to fix any problem immediately, and they did!! There is a sky bridge available behind the hotel to get to the Cobb Convention Center. It is a fairly easy walk in nice weather, but the entire walk is not all enclosed and if you need to be in heels or it's raining not a great walk. The positive side to this is, the hotel shuttle will gladly drive you over to the Cobb Center whenever needed or pick you up and bring you back, all you have to do is ask at the front desk or call down, and it is a 2 minute drive. Also the Waverly Hotel which in connected directly to the Convention Center will also gladly drive you back to the Sheraton, all you have to do is ask the bellmen. This was very helpful to me as a woman traveling with a young Daughter. Even though we did feel safe on the walk back and forth, It was a better option late at night for us! I would highly recommend this hotel!
Room Tip: We had a room facing the mall and it was great! No problems with noise.
