Booked this hotel by mistake - meant to book Residence Inn Lenox Park. Won't make that mistake again! No elevators so had to lug heavy bags up and down stairs. To make matters worse we called several times to make sure we were near an elevator, but were never told they didn't have elevators! The location is convenient, but the property is very dated and needs cleaning. Beds were very uncomfortable with a twin sized mattress pad on a king size bed. We had to call the front desk more times I've ever called a front desk during a hotel stay! We are dog people and there was a very lonely and distressed dog across the way that barked (cried) for 3 hours straight! The dog should not have been left alone that long. One night there was a burning smell coming from the heating. Called the front desk and were told that there had been a fire next door (someone burned a fire log in the fire place) that smoked up the room and it never dawned on them that it might be smelled by the next door room. The room was comped that night and they did offer to move us, but it was 11:30 and we were there on business so needed our sleep! Maid unplugged the television while cleaning. Musty smell in the bathroom. Maid service was good, but overall not a pleasant stay. Stay anywhere else if you have the chance.

This hotel is located in Buckhead, very convenient location 10+ min away from lenox mall and other shopping areas. I stayed here with my husband and our 3 year old. Our room had two levels on the inside. Separate kitchen and living area and bedroom was located on the second level and it also included two full bathrooms. The staff was very friendly and was always available. The internet was mega slow and our room had a bad smell of cigarettes that wouldn't go away. It was very expensive but it was worth every dime. I recommend this hotel to families who are looking for an extended stay inn in the city of GA.

**The hotel does need some updating to do **

We needed space for us and family, 2 adults and 2 kids. This was perfect, we had 2 rooms/suites and one grand child stayed with us and the other with parents(been much younger)........we had space for kids to play, they loved the pool, the peope were amazing, the surprise of dinner also served was huge after long day of sight seeing. The staff allowed us to check in Way early since we had driven in from out of town and one room was ready. We loved it, highly recommend. OH and a shuttle to take us to and from the malls...yippee.

We were very pleased with this hotel - the room had been completely renovated, even down to the appliances - stainless steel refrigerator and dishwasher and flat cooktop stove and new microwave. It could not have been nicer. New carpeting, very comfortable king sized bed. Great LG flat panel tv. Comfortable sofabed. Good sized work area and excellent internet connectivity. Wish the counter in bath had been bigger so that I could put all my cosmetics out. We had an accessible room and loved the walk in shower and the higher toilet. The breakfast was not as ample as it could have been, but generally was ok. We did a lot of my cooking in the kitchen. Stayed 3 nights. Would definitely stay here again.
