My husband and I have been staying at this motel almost three years on a monthly basis. We are antique dealers with an antique show that occurs over a four day period once per month.
When deciding to transfer to a motel closer to our children who where having their second child, we really interviewed prospective motel managers. We wanted a good price, safe neighborhood, convenience to interstate or perimeter highways, a good clean appearance as well as refrigerator and microwave. We also wanted to get a ground floor room with easy access to the parking for vehicles with trailers. During this search many motels were deleted due to one of the above not being available. We were down to three properties. I felt as if this decision was like buying a car or a house. I did not want to do it again for a long time. I wanted it right on the first time.
We chose Quality Inn Atlanta/ Northlake. We were right on the first time. Good neighborhood, convenient to shopping, perimeter, close to the kids. But the thing that we could not have interviewed for was consistency of service. This motel is way beyond a normal rating. Whoever does the personnel work has a great eye. The desk is efficient, fast, available to any reasonable request. Remember the request for a specific group of rooms? They never have let us down. Not once. The food is fresh and well prepared. The rooms are spotless.
Our time spent in finding this motel as a home away from home was well spent; they are the best
