I was so pleased that we chose Crowne Plaza Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Galleria for our patient/family education weekend. The entire experience was fantastic. Working with Heather Cheong especially, was a pleasure. She was professional, friendly and her eye for detail assured our event ran smooth. The food from catering was great.The property was clean and inviting. Every employee that I came in contact during our stay was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The meeting space was perfect for our needs. This is the place to stay for meetings or when visiting!

I have stayed here quite often and the hospitality from the staff is exceptional especially Ms. Dorsey Smith. I highly recommend it if you are in the area.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel several times with no opportunities for the hotel staff to demonstrate how capable and eager they are when it comes to taking care of little problems. Our recent five night stay gave them that opportunity. We experienced two problems which could have become major issues had it not been for the shift security personl...a retired marine named Mike...and the front desk person named Dorsey Smith. These two definitely showed us that we had made the right choice in selecting the Crowne Plaza Hotel Atlanta Perimeter Galleria. This is our Choice for all future trips that we have in Atlanta.
