This hotel was booked by someone else for me as a last minute deal through a third party site. The hotel and staff are up to the usual Marriott standard despite the exterior looking a little tired. Room quality was excellent. I had a king room with a bed that could sleep 4!!! Free internet etc. I would stay again with out hesitation.

We stayed 2 weeks for business at the Windy Hill Courtyard and will stay again if in that area. Very fair rates and a great staff! Breakfast was really good also!

This hotel is always clean and the staff is always friendly.It's a full service hotel.If you need a fridge or microwave then they will bring one up.The pool is nice.Indoor and out door pool.I always like staying here.And the beds are so comfy

This is (or could be) a nice hotel. It has a good location, very nice pool area, the rooms are large and well-furnished & appointed. The problem is the other guests, and some staff members seemingly unable to get a handle on things.

I found the hotel on Marriott's website at a very low rate ($65) - now I know why. The stay was an exercise in frustration & sleep deprivation - guests slamming doors, laughing, running, yelling, etc. until 4:00 a.m. - followed by a four-hour pause before resuming full-tilt. I don't understand some people's taste, but I guess some folks enjoy the sound of doors slamming constantly - so hard the walls would shake. Also, it turns out, the near-constant screaming of their children in the pool area is not a concern for some parents.

Our reservation requested a quiet room - so they put us facing the pool, next door to the idiots responsible for much of the noise. I mentioned this to Ben @ the front desk & asked for a quieter room - he was of no help whatsoever. He seemed in over his head. Then again, what do you do if your hotel is completely overrun by (at least one) large group of very noisy kids, chaperoned by adults who couldn't care less?

On the bright side, everyone checked out @ 10:00 & we napped a bit after that. Howard was running the front desk at this point, and he couldn't have been nicer or more understanding (we needed a late check out). It was good to find one member of the staff that came through with Marriott-level service. On a quiet week, with more attentive/responsive night staff, this would be a good place to stay. Until then, avoid this Courtyard (unless Howard's running things, then you might be okay).
