I couldn't find 2 rooms in Atlanta for our party of five, everything under $200 a night was booked. I took a chance for the first time with Priceline, and got a great price on 2 rooms at this hotel.
One room had a King bed and sleeper sofa. The other had a king only, but a nice balcony overlooking the outdoor pool. Both rooms were very clean, beds very comfy. The bathroom sink/vanity is separate from the the shower/toilet room. The shower had a curved rod. There were mini-fridges in each room.
We arrived early, but Howard and Sheila made sure we were checked in promptly. Howard provided a handy restaurant guide, too. It was a birthday weekend for us, and the next day Howard remembered to ask about our birthday celebration. We never had to wait at the front desk, Howard was always there.
I forgot my hairspray, but Howard and Sheila even managed to fix that dilemma.
We found the hotel location to be easy access to Atlanta attractions. Plenty of restaurants about 1 mile away.
I really have no complaints, and I'm pretty picky. I didn't think the rooms were run down at all.
Be aware the hotel is two stories, but no elevators, We had no problems with one flight of stairs, but it could be something to consider if you're traveling with elderly/disabled.
