We booked this hotel for a 2 night stay in Atlanta. Got there before check-in time, so the staff stored our luggage until our room was ready. The best thing about this hotel is the location. We were a 2 minute walk from the Georgia Aquarium, the Coke Museum and Centennial Park. The CNN center is about a 7 minute walk (doing this with a 2 year old and a 6 year old). The front desk staff was very friendly, but the housekeeping staff not so much. The valet parking is $26/day, but totally worth it. The valet service was very friendly and it really only took about 3 minutes for them to get our car for us when we checked out. The indoor pool is okay, but very small, and I wouldn't necessarily call it "heated." There is a larger outdoor pool. We didn't eat at the restaurant because it was a little expensive for us (breakfast was $15.95/adult and $9.95/child). The room was decently clean. I did have to wipe off the edge of the bathtub as there was hair and soap on it, so that I was disappointed with. The TV says "free" on demand, but then wanted to charge $3.99 for 1 episode of a children's show. There were tons of kids there, so yes it is very family friendly. Overall our experience was good, and we would stay there again if we went back to Atlanta!

We arrived before check-in and the hotel stored our luggage so we could tour downtown. Our rooms were a nice size and had a good view of the city. My kids loved the indoor pool and the outdoor pool and hot tub. They were on the 7th floor overlooking the downtown area...great view. Our room was clean so we have no complaints. We ate breakfast the next morning. It was very nice and had anything you could think of to eat for breakfast, the usually breakfast items plus hot items such as, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, bacon, made to order omelets and french toast. Our waitress was very attentive. I think breakfast was $15 per person but ours was included in our room rate. The hotel is very convenient to the aquarium, world of coke, centennial park, cnn, and more. There are several restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall, very nice stay, would definitely stay again.

My family stayed overnight en route to Orlando. We wanted to do at least one touristy thing while in the "A". My wife chose the Hilton Garden Inn. It was a great choice because of its location. The Georgia Aquarium, World of Coke, and Centennial Park was right across the street.

Everything REALLY was pretty PERFECT for our one-night stay! The front desk staff, the luggage man and Parking Manager were all very friendly and professional. The primary reason for this critique was to let Hilton know how pleased we were with Michael Aboye (Operations Manager) of Parking Management Services. Our vehicle was somewhat full from a 10 day stay in Orlando and shopping. Michael could sense my apprehension at leaving all the bags in the car (not knowing how safe downtown Atlanta at night might be) and he assured us that he personally would keep an eye on our car and keep our car on the main level, to do so. It was great not to have to unpack all those bags and haul them up to our room. Knowing that he would do that for us, gave us peace of mind and we were able to get a good, relaxed night sleep. Our stay was back in early November, but I didn't want to forget to give earned kudos to Michael! Thanks again for a GOOD night's sleep!!
