Beautiful house in a quiet but happening neighborhood, friendly helpful staff, clean, comfortable rooms, inviting areas to lounge, and very good food. Enjoyed my stay, only negative was it was not long enough to enjoy all the Stonehurst had to offer. I would surely stay again on a return to Atlanta.

My Fiance' and I decided we were going to Atlanta to elope and we found Stonehurst on the internet and decided that it would be a perfect place to tie the knot. We were not disappointed! The entire property was beautiful and comfortable. We stayed in the Hinman Suite and thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that it had to offer. The regular inn keepers were on vacation and the inn was being run by Jim and Susan and they went out of their way to make our experience wonderful. The food was great and the hospitality was even better! We used the Music room for our wedding ceremony and Jim took pictures for us. It was the perfect wedding and honeymoon for us!

This was our first stay at Stonehurst, and we already want to come back! We've stayed in about 15 different, typically very nice "Select" Bed & Breakfasts, but this was by far the best! The entire structure was redone several years ago, and the owner spared no expense. Every room is a unique, rich, "take it all in" experience. We stayed in the Master Suite and its simply over the top. Next time you're in Atlanta, we highly recommend this property - you're sure to love it!

I stayed just one night at Stonehurst Place and wished it could have been a bit longer. I was travelling on business and wanted something with a homier ambience than a hotel. The Stonehursts rooms are beautifully decorated. I stayed in one of the samller rooms, the Farnsworth - which was perfect for me. The bed was plush and comfortable. Evening snacks and drinks are free. The breakfast made by interim innkeeper, Susan, was impeccable! Susan and her husband, Jim were extremely hospitable and made sure my stay was enjoyable and that i was comfortable. I have recommended this inn to all my coworkers for a place to stay while travelling to Atlanta! The innkeepers recommended a casual dinner at Einsteins about a quarter mile away. It was a beautifgul day - so i walked there and had a gelato at an ice cream store on the way back! It was a great stay! Thank you so much!
